Priest Abuse Suits Stayed During Del. Diocese Ch. 11

Law360, New York (November 06, 2009) -- The Catholic Diocese of Wilmington Inc. has reportedly agreed to turn over information about priests accused of sex abuse to plaintiffs in return for the stay of about 80 lawsuits against its nonbankrupt co-defendants, which include individual churches and priests.
