Landlords Want Goody's Stub Rent Case In 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (June 24, 2009) -- A group of landlords holding leases on Goody's LLC outlets wants a federal appeals court to determine whether their claims for stub rent should be dealt with as administrative or unsecured claims by the bankruptcy court overseeing the liquidation.
